As a Psychological Safety Champion, you become a confident advocate for safer, healthier workplaces—an informed influencer and trusted voice, skilled at spotting cultural risks, patterns and blind-spots across teams and organizations.

How does it work?
The Program covers four key areas, with three hours of immersive training in each:
Psychological safety fundamentals
You’ll learn the core concepts of psychological safety and how it affects every workplace on the planet.
Workplace dynamics
You’ll learn how authenticity, personality and power shape interactions at work, and shift how you think about conflict.
Tackling toxicity
You’ll learn how to identify toxic behaviors, with practical, repeatable strategies to make workplaces safer and happier.
Driving meaningful change
You’ll get powerful diagnostic tools and frameworks to help you build a business case for change. And you’ll leave ready to influence organizational priorities.
Six sessions, a lifetime of skills
In total, there will be six live online sessions through February and March 2026. All times below are UK:
Orientation: Thurs 5th Feb, 2-3pm

Session 3: Thurs 26 Feb, 2-5pm

On the Champions Program, you’ll learn directly from our founder, Gina Battye. Gina has been working with organizations on culture change for 15 years. FAQs
How often does this course run?
We run the public Champions Program (for individuals) three or four times a year. We also run the Champions Program privately within organizations, scheduling as needed.
How many people will I be learning with?
There are at least three people in every cohort, but no more than twelve.
What’s CPD accreditation?
Our Champions Program is CPD Certification Service accredited. The CPD Certification Service is an independent global professional membership body that’s been around for 25 years. They assess the quality of training all over the world and in pretty much every industry.
