Psychological safety (in a nutshell)

Psychological safety focuses on an individual’s experience of safety, comfort and confidence within a specific context—whether it’s a physical space, an environment, a situation, or when interacting with people.

Our methodology

Our view is that there’s never just one culture in an organization—culture operates at multiple levels. Our structured culture change framework helps us address the various organizational dynamics and develop tailored recommendations for working better together.

5 Levels of Culture

1. Personal Culture

Beliefs, attitudes, values, and behaviours of individual employees, involving personal responsibility and emotional intelligence.

2. 1-2-1 Culture

Direct interactions between two individuals eg manager-employee or peer-to-peer communication.

3. Team Culture

Dynamics and interactions within a team including trust, group values, and inclusivity.

4. Collaboration Culture

How different teams, departments and groups in your organization collaborate and interact.

5. Organization Culture

The overarching culture of your organization driven by leadership, values, and policies.
